Weight Loss Binder

I need structure and a place to keep my weight loss "stuff".  I love using the computer....but I want a hard copy that I can write on, make changes, and carry with me!  As I add things to my binder I will post them here!   THIS IS A WORK IN PROGRESS - TRYING TO FIND WHAT WORKS FOR ME!!!

In the Binder:
* Weekly Meal Planner
* Daily Food Diary
* Period Chart
* Recipes (healthy ones that I use alot!)
* Shopping List (mine)
* HG Grocery List
* Current YMCA Schedule
* Treasure Map (working on this - will post and explain)

**** NEW ITEMS ADDED
* Daily Journal Checklist
* Thermometer - fun weight loss tool

WEEKLY MEAL PLANNER
This has really been helping me stay on track! It also allows my hubby to know whats coming up in case I won't be home! Plus when I go shopping I already know what I am cooking, so I buy what I know I am going to need for the week (time and money saver)!

FOOD DIARY
Charting what I am eating & adding in WW points (going to make my own when I get some free time)

MONTHLY PERIOD TRACKER

I have PCOS (poly cystic ovarian syndrome), so some of the items I am adding have to do with PCOS! My cycle has never been regular!  Since I have had kids though, it has become a little more regular.  I think if I can track my symptoms I will be able to predict when it is coming, and help with my stress/period/emotional eating!  (NFP has given me a good start on this...but never charted my side effects & moods)

Grocery List from Hungry Girl
I like the list that Hungry Girl has made.  As I start to shop around for some NAME BRAND items with less Weight Watcher points, it is nice to know which items to take a look at! (I tend to like Aldi's)

Daily Journal Checklist for Weight Watchers followers
For those that are great at journals! Easy to follow & great way to keep track of your weekly thoughts!

Thermometer

A fun way to track your weight loss. I am a very visual person....so for me this in motivating & encouraging!
